David Childers is an Atlanta native and graduate of Pace Academy and the University of Georgia. Since 2001, he has specialized in new home construction and renovations, guiding clients through every phase of the building process—from architectural planning and budgeting to interior selections and final execution.

Known for his honesty, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, David works closely with each client to translate their vision into a well-crafted, enduring home. He values clear communication and builds lasting relationships, ensuring a thoughtful and seamless experience from start to finish.

David lives in the Vinings community with his wife, Laura Negri Childers, and their three children.
