chattahoochee hills | farm estate

Designed as a multi-generational family compound, this estate blends classic Southern architecture with thoughtful modern living. The U-shaped main house is centered around a dramatic two-story timber-framed space that unites the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Large steel doors open the central gathering space to both front and rear porches, encouraging a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle. Two fireplaces define the main living area, including a four-sided centerpiece over ten feet wide. Screened porches flank the home, offering spaces for dining and relaxation.

The primary suite connects discreetly off of the main living areas and features a double-sided fireplace shared with the bath. Four guest bedrooms, accessed via breezeways, enjoy views of the surrounding landscape and are outfitted with classic swinging daybeds.

Two additional outbuildings complete the compound: a relaxed children’s retreat with reclaimed pine flooring, and a more refined adult retreat featuring heart pine paneling, a full bar, and a dedicated gun room. Together, the estate reflects a masterful balance of craftsmanship, comfort, and enduring Southern style.
