This bespoke in-town residence was thoughtfully managed from demolition through completion. Set on a dramatic site, a series of retaining walls reshaped the landscape to create graciously leveled yard and pool areas.

The exterior combines cedar shake siding with weathered granite and a mix of aluminum-clad and custom steel windows. Inside, layered millwork defines the spaces, including a walnut-paneled office with stained leaded-glass windows.

The primary suite is located on the main level, while secondary bedrooms and a guest suite over the garage are accessed via a paneled stair. Reclaimed beams and a stone fireplace anchor the family room, which opens to a timber-framed porch with bluestone pavers.

Garden paths and courtyards complete the property, reinforcing a sense of quiet refinement and permanence.
